Berlin Holocaust Memorial

Berlin Holocaust Memorial
We didnt have too much time in Berlin for site seeing. This was the first historical place we went to, The Memorial To The Murdered Jews Of Europe is a Holocaust monument located in the center of Berlin, very close to the Brandenburg Gate.
The memorial has to be experienced by walking through. You will find that the paths between the blocks (2711 of different sizes and shapes not two of  them alike) is uneven ,
The blocks are made of concrete and coated with anti-graffiti-paint. Some of them are very low, others are taller than a full-grown man.
Its memorial for 6 million people who died a horrible death.

Berlin Cathedral

#honeytraveldiary Berlin/Munich / Salzburg

Berlin Cathedral :

Berlin you should cycle around the city that is the best way to explore the city. Otherwise local transport is very good. Good shopping places we have Primark , C&A and other affordable brands so if u want to travel light u can easily pick up reasonable clothes from these places .

Eating options are plenty , Vegetarians may face a little bit of problem though Indian Resturants are available everywhere but they will be expensive so u could try their breads and cheese and amazing coffee.

The city has so much history that it would not be possible to cover the whole city in 2-3 days . Some places must see are :

The  blue dome cathedral . Its beautiful !!! Its located in Museum Island on the banks of Spree River. Fortunately we were here in summers ,we saw  Clear skies and a lot of tourists all over the city.

The museum in the cathedral showcases drawings, designs and models illustrating the history of the Cathedral Church. The walk-in models give an impressive sense of the church interior. And to get a marvelous impression of the exterior, you can climb 270 steps to the dome’s outer walkway – and be rewarded by some stunning Views.
